Share Folders Not Showing In App
My shared folders show up in ZOHO docs online in web browser but dos not show up in IOS app. The notification is there that it has been shared but the folder never appears. It's not just my devices. I have tried to troubleshoot and create test folders and share them with my staff we all have Iphones with the Docs app installed and all 3 phones will not show shared folders in the app, only online in Docs on the web browser. Is there a delay for us to see it or a bug in the app?
