instead of typing in 20 email addresses to share for each document, is it possible to create a user group (e.g. MyTeam) and just type that in to share?
The benefit of that is that if you add/remove team members, you just do it once to the user group. And the change will immediately be reflected on all documents shared with MyTeam.
