Hello!

I created a Writer document and shared it with a few people. I gave them View and Edit access. Several reported back to say that when they clicked on the link in the email, they received a message saying that the document had been deleted or was no longer shared.

I cancelled their sharing and reshared. This time, I included myself in the share list (using a separate zoho account). Sure enough, when I clicked on the link to the document in the email I received, a window opened up with the following message in large letters:

"This document shared with you earlier in Zoho Writer has now been unshared/deleted. You will no longer be able to view/edit the document."

Not sure what the solution is. Please advise.
