Sharing docs to external addresses

Sharing docs to external addresses

I can't share any of my docs from the docs.zoho.com application. However, from writer.zoho.com I can share them.

  1. I created a folder.
  2. I put documents into the folder (some images and some txt files)
  3. I tried to share from docs.zoho.com
  4. I get a message that the document was shared successfully, but
    1. no invitation arrives in the email
    2. the document does not show up in the area for 'shared by me'
