Sheet Will Not Load

I have one (1) spreadsheet on Zoho Sheet. It is about 50 rows and 4 columns...it is just a data list. I have not been able to succesfully load the sheet for the last 4 days. I have tried Internet Explorer in Windows XP, Apple Safari, Apple Firefox. When I click my sheet name I get a box that tells me...SHEETNAME LOADING

But it never does. ....help..I really need the data.
