Shopify store email issues- Not getting emails

We have migrated from Microsoft outlook to Zoho back in March, we have a shopify store, the domain is hosted on namesilo, not shopify, I have seen some people here complaining about not getting emails from customers who fill out the contact form on shopify store or getting emails from shopify that you have orders or whatever shopify send you! And I have seen instructions on how to fix this issue, but all the instructions assuming your domain is hosted on shopify, and all of your DNS is on shopify, when in fact tons of shopify stores owners have their domain elsewhere.

I did try whatever instructions mentioned for shopify at this link https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/shopify.html?zredirect=f&zsrc=langdropdown&lb=fr#alink2, I was able to to do the "Add TXT Records for Verification" step and it worked fine, however, I was not able to really do the next step of "Add CNAME Records for Verification" because the instructions were ambiguous, and I was stuck there. Can someone put a clear instructions somewhere.

Also, your customer service or support are terrible, they never answered any of my emails requesting help! if it was godaddy, they would keep calling me until the issue is fixed.

This can't continue, we are not getting this service or product for free, you must work up to your promise.
