Sign Up Page & Plan Widget Formatting & Testing

I am setting up Zoho Subscriptions. I currently use woocommerce subscriptions, so I get the way it all works, and I’m used to Zoho books and Zoho project/timesheet so I’m fairly experienced in Zohos ways generally, including the sometimes frustratingly inconsistent approaches across different modules.

I have taken it as far as I can and have a list of queries. Many are of a nature where the answer might be that Zoho just can’t do that right now. Which is fine, better to know that than spend ages trying to resolve something that is impossible to change.

But hopefully there will be some where people can give me a pointer or two. Many thanks in advance, Nick

1. Weird Pricing. – I’ve fixed this one – any developers reading this, a better explanation is needed for payments option ‘monthly from sign up’ vs ‘I will manage dates’

The intended Monthly pricing set up in my plans is not reflected in the sign up page. For example the plan i have for 121.33 per month (screenshot left if I can attach it here)  on the plan url is 24.27 per month (screenshot right)– and it can’t be a coincidence that the displayed figure is exactly one fifth of the intended payment amount. Any ideas how this happened?

2. Bank vs Card.

I have completed gateways for gocardless and stripe (long standing), but on the live payment page only the card option is available?

3. Account Information.

The layout is weird. Company should be at the top and with a wide field but only gets a small one further down the page. Mobile phone gets the whole form width.

Also, two of my ZOHO books custom fields are included. I have quite a few so I don’t know why these two particularly, I can’t see anywhere I asked for them to be included and they do not show up on the account section of the design form.

Is there anyway to take greater control over the layout.

4. Embed widget.

None of the templates have the plan description included? How can I add that field to the output code?

5. Embed Widget

The settings will not save. Every time I go back to it I have to enter everything again. Should they save? Am I missing something?

5. Plan Clone

Any method of cloning products and/or plans? Be a big timesaver for me.

6. EU Payments.

Special info is given on this link for UK VAT and trading in Europe. https://www.zoho.eu/subscriptions/help/hosted-payment-pages.html

But despite the rules being exactly the same (for now at least) for everybody in Europe, I cannot find how to apply the same in the European version (I am based in Spain)

7. Sandbox.

I don’t have as much confidence in the subscriptions module as I do many other parts of zoho. I can’t see any instructions to test it in sandbox mode. Has anybody done so and could they give me any info on how to go about it?
