Size Limit?

I wanted to use this online spreadsheet as a way t log my runs.

There us a great spreadsheet for this provided by David Hays (link at bottom). Thing is, the spreadsheets is quite large (900kb) and I can't seem to upload it.

Is there a size limit to files we can upload or any work arounds for this?
