Slow loading on Zoho projects / user access
It is extremely slow sometimes to load functions on Zoho projects. As an example, if I want to load tasks and milestones, the page takes around 30-40 seconds sometimes or it just hangs up. Why is this so ?
My company is thinking of signing up for a paid account but the lag time in loading pages is going to be a big deterring factor as we would need our team members in remote locations to be able to fire it up easily.
Also, on another note, it is quite funny that I have two to three users seen online when I logged in as admin mode while they actually were not logged in. Is there an explanation for this ?
How do I define user access rights ? Has it got to do with defined designations like managers or employees ? (I would like to be able to modulate read/write/edit/delete functions which I have not yet seen on users)
