I was interested in making a switch from Google Docs to Zoho primarily because Zoho has the option for small caps - a formatting functionality I need to complete my project. 

To my consternation small caps was available in a new document, but when I uploaded a .doc to the editor the option disappeared.

Does anyone have an inclining why this might be?
