Social Media Simplified with Zoho Social: Customize your portal for your clients



Let's say you're a social media marketing agency, and you handle the social media accounts of multiple businesses. You take care of their publishing and scheduling needs, keep the content calendar updated, monitor the brands' mentions and other interactions, and also analyze how your plan has been working for all these brands. Zoho Social has made your work much easier by helping you handle all these tasks from a single dashboard, on the Agency or Agency Plus edition.

Now what if your clients want to know how you've been handling their business from Social? What if they want to take a look at the dashboard, see some reports, or be a part of the content approval process to have more control over what goes live on their social media? It's not possible for you to show them the whole of your Social dashboard as it contains other businesses' data as well.

To sort this issue, Zoho Social lets you onboard your clients to your portal and include them as part of discussions, approvals, and the like, giving them a bird's-eye view of what's happening with their social accounts. To invite them, go to Settings -> Brand Members -> Client Members, add your client member's email address, and click Invite. This will send customized email messages to them. 



In this scenario, as an agency, you can customize your Social portal and establish your branding as you work with your clients on the same tool. You can do so by adding your company's logo and favicon so your clients can see a rebranded/modified version of Social that reflects your brand and its look. 



This logo and favicon will appear in different places in your clients' customized dashboards and will also be present in the custom reports that you schedule or regularly share with them.

Your clients can generally view the dashboard in the default Social domain that's been provided to you in the format of: yourcompanyname.social-public.com. But you can also create a custom domain for them under Portal Settings. Once you've submitted the details of your preferred custom domain, it'll take 5-6 business days for the domain to be verified from our end and ready for your use. 


For instance, if your company's name is Zylker Agencies, then the custom domain could read social.zylker.com or clients.zylker.org.
