Some Presentations will not auto loop in Chrome

I use Zoho Presentations with Chromecast at work. We cast the external urls from a Chrome browser to TVs in our shop to keep people updated on things.

I have six individual presentations, however 2 no longer loop, nor does adding '&loop=true' work anymore. All of the presentations were created at the same time with the same base settings, but I've had this problem off and on where one or more will refuse to auto loop. I've gone to Advanced settings, made sure auto loop is turned on for embedded/external urls, and it doesn't seem to help or fix the issue.

If this could be looked into that would be great!
