Sorting fails

Hello,

I am having trouble sorting columns on my zoho sheet. I highlight the range of cells I want sorted, right click, select sort, adjust settings, and hit ok. Then nothing happens. The sorting dialog disappears and the sheet remains the same.

Can anyone help?
