Special characters appear in downloaded file names

When checking out and downloading a file, Zoho Docs inserts a plus sign (+) between the spaces in the file name. If we remove these spurious characters, resave the file and then try to upload, Docs complains that it is not it is a "different name" from the original and won't let us check it back in.

Is this a Windows or a Zoho problem? If Zoho, do you have a patch or else plan to fix it soon?
