Greetings,

We would like to request an enhancement to the registration form fields in Zoho Bookings, specifically for dropdown fields.

Current Limitation:
At the moment, dropdown fields do not support an “Other” option that allows the customer to enter a custom value.

Use Case:
In many booking scenarios, we need to collect structured data while still allowing flexibility. For example:

• Industry type

• Reason for meeting

• Source of referral

While predefined options cover most cases, there are always edge cases where the client’s answer does not fit any existing option. Without an “Other” option, users are forced to select an inaccurate value or abandon the form.

Requested Enhancement:
Please allow dropdown fields to include an optional “Other” choice, which, when selected, displays a free-text input field. The entered value should be:

• Stored with the booking record

• Available to the consultant

• Included in notifications and integrations (CRM, webhooks, etc.)

This would significantly improve data accuracy and user experience.
