The server has encountered a problem. Unable to Update Cells
After embedding my sheet on my blog, it's giving me an error each time I try to update a cell.

The error is simply 'The server has encountered a problem and was unable to fulfill your request.'
When I try to export to Excel, it gives me this error:
Error occurred
Unable to Export the Document
I have tried resaving the document, but the same thing happens.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
