This is my Second Post - DNS address could not be found.

I have been facing this issue since I bought my domain rimmidea.com from Zoho. And it's been 5 days I wrote to support. I do not understand what is happening.

Error:  640657653.internal.sites.zoho.com ’s server DNS address  could not be found.
