The Remote Support dashboard in Zoho Assist is designed to help technicians quickly access, manage, and monitor all their support sessions from a single, intuitive interface. Whether you’re starting a new session, managing ongoing connections, or reviewing past activities, everything you need is right here. Let’s take a closer look at the key options available.
Files
The Files section provides the following details such as captured screenshots, session recordings, chat conversations and session notes. This will also show department details and timestamps for each action taken to provide a complete audit trail of all remote support activity.
Downloads
Under Downloads, you can access various Zoho Assist applications that make remote support effortless. The following options are available for download the Technician App, Mobile App, Desktop Apps, and Browser Extension, allowing you to manage sessions smoothly from any platform.
Download the Zoho Assist desktop mobile application to initiate and manage sessions seamlessly. You can also download the Unattended Access installer to configure devices for remote management, even when no one is present at the other end.
Settings
The Settings section lets you customize various session preferences and configurations according to your workflow. You can edit the parameters, work with permissions, and set up defaults to make sure that every session works out perfectly and efficiently.
Profile
The Profile section allows you to manage account information, view organization details, and securely sign out.

Sessions
The Sessions tab lists all your scheduled, upcoming sessions and active sessions in one place. You can view details, monitor progress, and join sessions instantly when they begin.
History
The History tab stores a record of all past sessions, including details of the participants, the session duration and type, the audit reports, and even the notes taken about it. This will provide full visibility into previous support interactions, serving as a instant log for your recent sessions.
Favourites
Mark customers with frequent sessions as Favourites to access them quickly under the Favourites section. From here, you can also initiate new sessions instantly, helping you stay organized — especially when managing multiple clients or recurring issues.
With a clean layout and well-organized tools, the Remote Support dashboard makes managing your remote sessions simpler, faster, and more efficient.

A recent issue in printing e mails is that the default font size is huge. This happens in both Edge and Firefox. Can I remove or divert certain contacts from an active Campaigns workflow?
I have created a workflow in Zoho Campaigns, which sends different emails, once contacts have been added to a mailing list. To choose which email to send to the contacts, there are conditions, which divert contacts based on their company type and their company size. There was a subsection of this workflow, where company size wasn't selected correctly, and some contacts have been sent down the wrong path and received the wrong email. The workflow contains a reminder loop and a further series of emails.
