As we are trying to transition to Zoho Subscriptions, we are wondering whether Zoho Subscriptions can handle our existing workflow regarding ACH Payment.
We currently have:
1. One of our partners input a deal with a customers ACH information. We only create an authorize-only transaction at this step for the sake of getting the bank/routing info into authorize.net.
2. We generate more formal paperwork from the deal placed and send it along to the customer to get their signature along with the EFT Authorization form.
3. The customer signs the paperwork and we get notified of signed paperwork.
4. We go into Authorize.net and use the authorize-only transaction from step one to create an ARB (recurring subscription) in Authorize.net. After we create the ARB, we void the first authorize-only transaction as its only objective was to serve as a placeholder for us to create an ARB from.
Once we transition to Zoho Subscriptions, can we use the Zoho Subscriptions hosted page to essentially just create a one time only authorize-only transaction similar to our above process? And then once we receive all the signed paperwork, for us to go back in and setup an actual subscription off of that?
Any help would be appreciated.
