Trouble importing web data

Hello,

Is there a limit to the size of a data file that can be pulled into Zoho Sheet?

I am trying to create a live-updating spreadsheet of election results in Minnesota, U.S., based on data that will be updated every 15 minutes on election night. The text file of the results will have approximately 45,000 records.

I have tried importing this data file, but I have not yet been able to do so.
