Trouble with tables in Safari 4 beta

For the most part, Writer performs well with Safari 4 Beta. I run into an error when working with tables. I haven't pinpointed when it occurs, but I keep getting a message that says "remove this node from the document" when I work with tables. The message about 7-8 times consecutively, and then disappears when I click "ok." This seems to go away if I refresh the page.
