Trying to setup a record to automatically create on a weekly basis

Hello all,

I need multiple records to be automatically created on a weekly basis. What I'm trying to accomplish is, I have a maintenance database where I track when I work on IT related systems. Every week on the same days I perform backups on systems and do security patching. I track this on a form in ZOHO so that monthly I can generate a report to give my customer. Since some of the work I do is the same time every week, I want a record to be kicked off at the beginning of the week so I don't have to recreate the ticket each week. 

I tried doing this is a schedule, but after I set it up and tested it, it did not kick off like I thought it would. I've attached a screenshot. 

Is there a way for me to accomplish this?
