Unable to access sheets

Unable to access sheets

When i try to access Sheets i got this error below.

HTTP Status 401 - Unauthorized access

message Unauthorized access

description This request requires HTTP authentication (Unauthorized access).

  • same problem on firefox, ie6 and ie 8
  • no problem accessing writer, docs
  • I tried accessing via http and https
