Hi Zoho Commerce Support,

I'm writing to report an issue I'm having with the tax settings in my Zoho Commerce store.

I've created several tax rates under Settings > Taxes, but all of them appear with the checkbox disabled. When I try to enable a checkbox, it seems there's no way to save the setting. When I navigate away from the page and then return, the checkbox is deselected again.

I need to enable these taxes for my store. Could you please advise on how to save this setting correctly? I've attached a screenshot that shows the disabled checkboxes.
