Have a couple of presentations in Zoho Docs, but I am unable to download or export them as pptx, only as ODP.

Unfortunately the ODP extension doesn't retain the formatting well enough.

The download notification appears in either scenario, but no download commences when pptx is selected,

Could you please advise?
