I have been having trouble with editing the doc, xls and ppt files. The server returns a 500 Internal Server error with error message "Unable to import content". This same unmodified code worked until two weeks back. I have been having this problem with zoho where the service works sometimes and does not some times even when the code is not changed on my side. Please help.
