Unable to import documents to remote API
As of today, we are unable to import ordinary .doc Word documents to the Zoho Writer Remote API. When we try to do so, a Zoho window opens, but the content area is entirely blank. Most of our students are reporting the same problem, and are unable to submit their assignments. Are you aware of a change on your end?
