Unable to see Zoho Plugin in Excel Toolbar

Hi

I am unable to see the Zoho plugin toolbar in Excel. However it does appear in MS word. I can't see it in the context menu even when I right click on the tool bar.

I used to see it earlier (but it always gave me an error when I tried to save documents) until I got some error message that I can't recall now. I have tried to unregister all the dll's and ocx files and installed the plugin once again, but it has not yielded results.

Can someone please help?
