All of the features under the "Review" and "Tools" tabs are faded out and I cannot click on them or use them. When I typed in a word that Zia didn't recognize, I'd click on it to try adding it to my Personal Dictionary; but this didn't work, and a red-colored notice would appear, stating "We're unable to add the word." I'm sure this has something to do with me being unable to access my Personal Dictionary under the "Tools" tab.

I have searched the internet -- as well as these community forums -- to see if anybody else has this issue, but I could not find anything. Things I have tried included updating cache and restarting. I did not know what else I could try.

Does anybody here have any idea why this is occurring?
