UNHAPPY-No response from last 2 months -

we have repeatedly putting mails & posting in the forum, the resume parsing from email is not working from last 2 months. can you at least acknowledge the bug & resolve it or un capable for doing the same. you have stopped receiving calls from the support numbers. best way to avoid the customers
