Unique URL of Cliq channel

I am using Zoho CRM. I would like to create a channel of Cliq in correspondence with Potential of Zoho CRM and set the specific channel's URL in Zoho CRM 's custom field.
In Zoho CRM, clicking on the URL is supposed to open the channel of that Cliq.

Is there a unique URL (or unique number) in Cliq's channel?
In that case, how do you know its unique URL (or unique number)?
