Recently, I've received increasing feedback from my Zoho One clients regarding their concerns about the pricing for additional app upgrades within Zoho One. The issue particularly arises when the limits included in the standard package are no longer sufficient, and clients need to book additional capacities.

Specifically, my clients have expressed dissatisfaction with the pricing for additional Zoho Flow tasks. The entry-level pricing of €49/month for the first additional 10,000 tasks and €67/month for 20,000 tasks is viewed critically. While my clients and I understand that the per-task cost decreases significantly with larger packages due to volume discounts, they perceive the initial pricing barrier as relatively high, especially when explicitly comparing it to alternative solutions like n8n or Make.

Smaller businesses or those just starting with automation through Zoho Flow find these initial costs discouraging and are increasingly considering alternative market solutions.

Are there plans to review or adjust the pricing structure for app upgrade packages within Zoho One to make them more user-friendly or perhaps offer alternative pricing models tailored to smaller user groups?
