Upgrading from Zoho Invoice to Books was a major downgrade in functionality for me
I have been a user for many years of a free plan on Zoho Invoice for my personal consulting business. I recent upgraded my organization to Books since some of the additional functionality looked useful to me, and played around with the free trial for a bit, but didn't have a lot of time to do everything I would normally be doing (creating expenses, invoices).
Now the free trial ended so I went ahead and added a subscription.
Now I am finding that I can't do important transactions in any currency but my base currency, which is a major downgrade. Even when I was on the free Invoice plan this was no problem whatsoever.
My base currency is set to USD which I picked years ago when I set up the account, but I am based in Europe and the majority of my business is conducted in EUR, and now I'm being told I can't create invoices in EUR, nor record expenses. Again, this is *after* going from a free to a paid plan, yet, I have significantly reduced functionality in this regard and cannot invoice my customers anymore.
