Upload existing document into Zoho Writer

Hi, i can't understand how to send post form with 'content' value and multipart form data needed by uploadDocument API through PHP Curl Lib. If i send the plain form all works fine, but if i use a php proxy as curl, also rebuilding exactly the POST nothing will be uploaded. Any helps?
