Urgent: Amazon Login Block Issue via Zoho – Suspected Integration Problem

We’re currently experiencing a critical issue related to our Amazon login through Zoho. Although the client can still access the Amazon Seller Central account directly, our team is being blocked when trying to log in via Zoho. The account itself is not suspended.

Additionally, we noticed that in the Authorized Partners tab under Amazon Seller Central’s User Management section, there are currently no authorized users listed. We suspect this might be related to the problem.


Could you please confirm:

  • Whether Zoho needs to be added as an Authorized Partner in Amazon Seller Central to function properly?

  • If so, could you provide detailed steps or documentation on how to complete this setup?
