I have users with full permissions to campaigns in CRM and User permissions in the Campaigns app itself. However, they are unable to see the option to create a campaign in Zoho Campaigns while in CRM. Below is a screenshot of the options I see as an admin in the campaigns module in CRM. The users only see create campaign with no dropdown arrow or dropdown list when the button is clicked. I have also attached a screenshot of the permissions that the users and I share (the same permissions for campaigns).
