Virgin Credit Card Feed

Hi, I have recently reported a Virgin Credit Card Feed breakage,had reply saying the feed company will look into it but thats it......
The login page is different in zoho books
https://uk.virginmoney.com/virgin/service/credit-card/
compared to the actual login on Virgins website
https://creditcards.virginmoney.com/VM_Consumer/Login.do
So I am wondering if this is why i cannot connect to the feed?
