Website not publishing

My website with Zoho (domain purchased on Zoho) - GilmoreGirlsGetaway.com - has been active for a few months now with no problems. I went to change the template and make modifications today, but as soon as I click "Publish" it says "Error occurred while publishing - contact support". The website preview looks fine, it just won't update.
