What's New in Zoho Subscriptions - December 2016

While you were all busy with your fingers grabbing the days' deals, tasting those delicious pie and slicking back your unshaved beard, we, at Zoho Subscriptions were baking our very own feature riched thanksgiving pie for you all.    

So, get yourselves ready for a delicious ride through the features we've released this November. 

1) Multi-language for Client Portal 

Enhancing your relationship with your customers is all Client Portal is about. And, there is no better way to enhance your customer relationship than speaking in your customers’ language. With that in mind, we revamped client portal to support 7 new languages - French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Portuguese and Deutsch

2) Cancel Subscription

Client Portal gets another slice of pie for it’s newest addition, Cancel Subscription. You can now choose to allow your customers to cancel their subscriptions from Client Portal. Click here to know more.   

Also, option to Upgrade/Downgrade Subscription from Client Portal is under development. 



3) Making a Contact Person as Primary Contact

If your customers want their Contact Persons to be kept in the loop for all their subscription related activities then all you gotta do is make the Contact Person a Primary Contact. Once that’s done, the Contact Person will receive all the email notifications that your customers receive like email notifications for subscription renewal, payment failure etc.

4) Adding Comments for Customers 

Worrying you might forget to give your customer the discount you promised or tired of writing down notes about customers on a notebook or super-tired of running through all notes. Well, we took care of that for you. Use the Comments section to add notes related to a customer and read them in a comprehensive timelined view under Customer Overview section. 


5) Additional Custom Fields in Hosted Pages

Additional I say!? Yes, ‘additional'. Until last month, our Hosted Pages supported custom fields of datatypes drop-down and text. Now, to take the customization further, we added the support for 7 new additional datatypes - decimal, percentage, phone, number, email, URL and amount.

6) Multi-language for Zoho Subscriptions

Not just your customers, now even you can enjoy Zoho Subscriptions in your native language. Yes, Zoho Subscripitons now supports 2 new languages, Spanish and Italian in addition to French and English. All you gotta do is, go to Organization Profile and change your language settings. As simple as that!

7) Online Payments for India

Well, this a loooooong waited one. Last month marked a milepost in Zoho Subscriptions’ Indian edition. With our new integration with Razorpay, Indian customers can start exploring the new horizon of online payments. Indian customers can now accept online one-time and recurring payments using Razorpay. And, that’s not even the best part! There will be 0% transaction fee till December 31, 2016 on transactions done using Debit cards.

From the 1st of October, 06:00 GMT, the emails with the following subjects will be sent from "no-reply@zohosubscriptions.com". Unable to send invoice for the profile - {profile_name} Unable to process auto payments. If you have set up any filters or workflow in your email account, please add "no-reply@zohosubscriptions.com” and  “support@zohosubscriptions.com”
