What's New in Zoho Subscriptions — May 2020

Hello Everyone,

We hope you're safe in these trying times. COVID-19 has taken a toll on many businesses, and to show our support for our customers, Zoho has put together some relief measures to help businesses stay afloat.

At Zoho, we're working from home, but this hasn't stopped us from updating Zoho Subscriptions with the features you need. Here's what's new for May:

More Actions for Bulk Updating Subscriptions

Save time when updating multiple subscriptions! The bulk update feature now lets you
pause, resume, and postpone the next billing date of multiple subscriptions at once.

To use this, go to the
Subscriptions module > Select one or more subscriptions from the list view > Select an action from the Bulk Update dropdown above the list.

Auto-generate Product Numbers

You can now configure a separate number series for subscriptions based on their plans, instead of having the same number series for all your subscriptions. All you need to do is configure a number series for your product, and every subscription that's created henceforth with a plan from that product will follow the product's number series.

Note
: If you've already configured your subscription numbers to auto-generate from Settings, a product's number auto-generation will override it, for subscriptions created for that product alone.

To auto-generate product numbers, go to Products > Select a product > Click Edit > Mark the Auto-generate Product Number option and configure a number series.

Mobile App Updates

Both our Android and iOS mobile apps are frequently updated, to help you manage your subscriptions on the go more efficiently. Here are some notable features from recent updates:
  • Pause and Resume subscriptions.
  • Set default invoice and credit note templates, and associate templates to individual customers. (Android)
  • French Localization. (iOS)
You can download or update the Android and iOS apps, and also view their changelogs by visiting the App Store and Google Play, respectively.

Head over to the What's New Timeline to view all of Zoho Subscriptions' previous updates. We'd love to hear what you think of our latest features, so feel free to leave a comment below. You can also write to us at support@zohosubscriptions.com and we'd be happy to assist you.

Stay safe and best regards,
The Zoho Subscriptions Team
