Hello everyone,
This month's updates bring some highly requested features to Zoho Subscriptions, such as customer-level consolidation and the ability to localize your product prices. Here's what's new:
Customer-level Consolidation (Early Access)
The existing Consolidated Billing feature in Settings, which enables consolidated invoices for all of your customers, can now be configured at the customer-level as well.
To do this, go to a customer's Overview page, and toggle Consolidated Billing.
(This feature is currently in early access. If you'd like to try it out, please write to support@zohosubscriptions.com with your organization's ID.)
Note: If you change the consolidation preferences for a customer manually, then that preference will be retained for the customer, even if the consolidated billing preference for the entire organization is changed later from Settings.
Price Lists
Price lists allow you to offer customized pricing for your products. This can be useful when you want to localize your product prices for certain regions, or configure seasonal pricing for your products.

To use this feature, you must enable it first from Settings > Preferences > Products. Now, the Price Lists module, from where you can create price lists, will be available in the left sidebar.
Custom Tabs
You can use Custom Tabs to display additional information to your customers, such as product promotions or special announcements, via the Customer Portal.
The Custom Tabs that you create will appear on the left sidebar of the Customer Portal. To create one, go to Settings > Preferences. Navigate to the General section under Customer Portal. Click + New Custom Tab, and add the name and URL that you'd like to display to your customers.
