What's New in Zoho Subscriptions - June 2018

Hi Folks!

Summer is almost over and we here at Zoho Subscriptions have brought forth many functional and user-friendly features for the month of June. Let's take a quick tour through them.

Password Protected Reports
Do your reports have sensitive information? Not a problem. You can now protect the sensitive data with a password while exporting them in the CSV, XLS or XLSX formats.

Workflow Rules

Tired of manually performing repetitive tasks on Zoho Subscriptions? We have now introduced Workflow Rules. Using these rules, you can automate a great deal of actions for your subscriptions. Some of these actions include sending out Email Alerts to your customers, setting up Webhooks and automating Custom Functions.

Portal Invitation Email
Gone are the days of generic emails. Customize the content of your Portal Invitation Email and send personalized emails to your customers inviting them to your portal.

Custom Buttons

Create your own Custom Buttons to execute customized actions with a single click. You can write Deluge script to perform a particular action and assign it to the button. When the button is clicked, the script gets executed and the action is performed. Custom buttons are available in the Customers, Invoice and Subscriptions modules.

Embed Widget
Implement Zoho Subscriptions features in your own website by making use of the Embed Widget. You can now create custom checkout buttons and pricing tables and embed them in your website. When your customers clicks them, they'll be redirected to our hosted pages. Learn more.

In addition to these features, we have a few more of them. Click here to check them out. Do let us know your thoughts on these features in the comments section below. We'll be back soon with a new bunch of features.

Cheers,
Ashwin Ram R
