Where can I configure the notifications for everything KB-related?
Hi all,
I'm receiving notifications for some actions happening in our Knowledge Base (e.g. someone leaving a feedback) and I would like to customise the template or have the choice to enable/disable such notifications like it is possible for ticket notification from the Notification Center.
The problem is: I can't seem to find where this configuration is when it comes to the Knowledge Base. Did I miss something or is it not yet configurable?
