About 72 hours ago, we fulfilled all steps for white labeling (CNAME to point to mail.cs.zohohost.eu), but since then the configuration page is now stuck at "generating certificate" since 3 days.
When I execute an NSLOOKUP mail.webfoundry.be it clearly states:
- Non-authorative answer:
- Name: zs-eu1-lczhost.zohohost.eu
- Address: 185.230.212.184 (Zoho Corp Utrecht, Netherlands)
- Alias: mail.webfoundry.be
- mail.cs.zohost.eu
So the CNAME does seem to point to the correct server, but then why doesn't the certificate finish generating?
The page mail.webfoundry.be now results in a "400 Bad Request"
