Why is there no information on downtime?

So again Zoho is completely off the air for 30 minutes this morning and right now is apparently crippled judging from the speed of the service. Last outage I learned that you don't answer the support number when you've crashed so I'm left wondering why I'm wondering what's going on? Would it be so hard to send out an email to customers telling us what the status is, when you expect to have it fixed, etc.? Maybe an announcement on the support page or the forums? These things would go a long way in giving the (apparently false) impression that you care about your customers. What's this? 4 times this year now? Yikes, you should be quite good at this by now.
