Workplace/Cliq: Inactive Users can't be added?
Hi,
We have 7 users on the WorkPlace Pro plan. When trying to use Cliq, we are all getting messages that say "This user is no longer active in the organization. So you cannot converse with them".
I therefore thought that we might have to add Cliq users via the Cliq admin panel (although this seems bizarre as isn't this the point of Workplace - an integrated collaboration system?). However when trying to add users, I just get directed to a Zoho Remotely screen noting that you are now charging for plans and to pick one.

**Looking at the licensing on the Cliq admin page, it says:
Your Plan:
Remotely - 100 Users
expires on 14/12/2020
and yet we have a Workplace Pro plan?
We have paid an annual fee for Zoho Workplace and need all components working as advertised as a matter of urgency.
