I love your format and switched to it from Google Docs. But after losing all my edits/history from 6/5 & 6/6, I sadly went back to GDocs. What happened?

I would love to use your app, but can't tolerate such losses. Without an explanation, I can't trust Zoho and I'll have to warn my friends away after having recommended it to them.

What a shame!
