Writer

I've been trying to get into the "Writer" application all morning without success? I see no posting of problems, but since I can get into all the other functions, I'm querying support for some resolution. Without the consistency of funtionality, I'm not sure I can continue to use this service. It was good for a while, but the downtime is unacceptable.
