I had taken a mashreq account after confirming that they will have Zoho books and other features,

I a free version of zoho. I tried access the same through Mashreq portal and It says " You are already subscribed to Zoho Account for an alternate product using this Email Id . Please login to Zoho Books and manually subscribe for Zoho Books"

I had spoke to a representative of Zoho and he said I have to delete my organization on zoho book and again set up through mashreq portal. But again I'm getting the same error message.

I had multiple contacts with them and they are not ready to resolve my issues.
