zoho chat - desktop notification
Am I missing something?
Great I embed a support chat in my wiki and website
Easy to use... except
I have to be on the zoho chat browser window to notice that someone has joined. Even if I am on another zoho page. The firefox plugin doesn't notify about a new chat starting (ie. someone types in their name in the embedded chat and awaits to be let in).
Desktop or browser plugin to notify please? Or is there already and I just cannot find it?
